Hi, I’m Yitz Rabinowitz —

We are a Connecticut-based construction group helping real estate owners and developers grow their portfolio value, or convert their assets.
At age 19, I tackled my first acquisition — a 140-unit building in Waterbury, CT — and learned about management, maintenance, and a whole lot more (often the hard way!).
